Guests are welcome to enjoy the event. The Preserve is a private club. To expedite entry, spectators/team supporters must contact their team's coach or Philip Rowe to be included on the guest list.

Gate access to the property is via Rancho San Carlos Rd off Carmel Valley Rd and it is 20-25 minutes drive to the course from that entry gate. (Direction Information). The gate is approximately 20 minutes away from the golf club, therefore plan accordingly.

Note that players will be in carts for the entire duration of the tournament. The course is a fairly strenuous hike with only one or two “cut-through” spots to skip between holes (9th tee to 14th tee is about the shortest route to avoid walking all 18 holes). Carts cannot be guaranteed for any spectators. If there are spare carts available after tournament players, officials and staff needs are satisfied we will do our best to offer up a cart or two to special requests.

Rules & Policies:

• The club policy is to wear tucked-in collared shirts at all times and remove hats when entering the clubhouse. 

• The locker room alcove areas will be labeled with your team logo and two lockers will be designated to each team. Additional lockers may be available on request.

• Please do not leave gratuities as the tournament already has them provisioned. 

• Spectators may enter certain clubhouse areas and will have access to some paid concessions. However, please do not enter team and tournament areas.
