CARMEL BY THE SEA, Calif. -- UCLA fired the best round of the day with a 277 (-11) to surpass 36 hole leaders San Diego St.

Special win for UCLA as it was their head coaches first win while at UCLA. UCLA trailed San Diego St. by one stroke entering the final round before carding their 11-under-par final round on the 7,048-yard, par-72 course located in the hills several miles southeast of Carmel. San Diego St ended up finishing 2nd four clear of the third best team, Colorado State.

The Individual Championship title was captured by Jay Pabin of Colorado State. Carding a 69 final round to sit at a 207 total of 9-under-par to be one clear of the next best competitor after sharing the 36-hole lead.
